In 17th-century Moldavia, the malevolent Princess Asa and her brother Prince Igor Javutich are executed for witchcraft and vampirism. Two centuries later, a pair of doctors unwittingly revive Asa by disturbing her crypt. Reawakened, she unleashes a dark vengeance, using her undead powers and chilling kiss to possess others and target her ultimate prey—Princess Katia, her own living descendant and doppelganger.

This is the re-edited (censored), re-dubbed and re-scored version released in the US by American International Pictures (AIP) as Black Sunday.

It's hard to say what's the best version to watch for everyone but the standard version will always be uploaded first and it will include a commentary track by Tim Lucas. The standard versions have better video and audio quality. All the other versions are there for archivists and Bava enthusiasts or if you really want to watch a specific language dub.
