In 17th-century Moldavia, the malevolent Princess Asa and her brother Prince Igor Javutich are executed for witchcraft and vampirism. Two centuries later, a pair of doctors unwittingly revive Asa by disturbing her crypt. Reawakened, she unleashes a dark vengeance, using her undead powers and chilling kiss to possess others and target her ultimate prey—Princess Katia, her own living descendant and doppelganger.
