Quote:

Just wanted to upload the longest audiobook I could find on audible for laughs. It's 300+ hrs LOL.

A Christmas Carol was a mandatory story in our school days and I remember being highly affected by it. Have loved all iterations of it ever since. Also tried to read Oliver Twist but couldn't make heads or tails of it. Dad had a copy and I just found the images, one of which was, "Please Sir! Can I have some more".

The life of the author Charles Dickens as people say was basically a lonesome dude who couldn't get the girl he wanted. A quick look over the wikipedia page proves this wrong as he was still doing his work: writing, girl or no girl and love has only been a very small part of his bibiliography.

Maybe I will dare to listen to this collection some day down the road. I do recommend A Christmas Carol though to everyone.

P.S: Please give me compliments, I am starving for compliments.
