Even a id!ot knows the things in this books and then there are these vague etcectras spread everywhere.
This b!tc# has not covered even one topic properly but asked an AI to write it for her.
Halfway through the book in the name of community and connections, she has the audacity to ask people to review the book, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BOOK! WTF!
If you think you know anything after listening to this book, you clearly are not a human.
All the five-star reviews clearly say they have received the book for free, so basically this author pays for five-star reviews and has done so for all her other books. Modern day scammer.
I am sorry, I had to write this so that I can reduce my blood pressure. I am not sure if I will even finish the book.
Note: What your doctor may not tell you about hypertension by Mark Houston MD(No audio version) :( seems a much better book.
Even just listening to Dr. Jason Fung's advice even if he is not an expert in this feels a lot better.
