Notes:
This is the original 2004 release, different from the much later DVD release that uses the same master as the Blu-ray.
These DVD versions are important considering the many flaws of the Blu-ray release, ranging from borked audio to incorrect color timing, with a really heavy DNR implementation and bad compression.
Put simply: these old DVDs are the truest representation of the show.
These are straight rips of the DVDs with no compression applied.
I took these from internet archive and I used makemkv to make an exact copy in mkv container.
