Plot Summary
On his request, the sensitive sister of a real estate agent visits a house he intends to sell, only to cross paths with its resident curse.

Encoded with a modified slow CRF 17, includes English subtitles and an introduction by the director. This is the second of the two feature length Ju-on films released directly onto VHS. The picture has been cleaned up a little but still don't expect a modern sharp presentation since the source definitely looks like a late 90s direct to video release. The picture also shifts around a bit in the frame so the crop has been set to accommodate the widest shot in each dimension.
