The entirety of Yes Minister / Prime Minister, this is a remux and not an AV1 encode as the source is 50fps interlaced and SD, which when deinterlaced and encoded with AV1 either doesn't save much space or the picture quality starts to look considerably worse (very noticeable on SD content).
There are also goodies included in this torrent and they are all Web-DLs as there are no official sources for them and found the best that I could.
