720p AI Upscale of the brief-lived 1994 Sofia Coppola-created TV series Hi Octane. Episode 1-3 are the only ones that ever broadcast, the fourth episode is lost.
As I could only find very bad 240p files ripped from VHS as a source, I thought this would be a good chance to try to Starlight for upscaling, and I was very impressed with the results. There is some strange AI artifacts but I think it's preferable to the low-res originals which I found unwatchable on large screens. The low quality audio has also been upscaled using the DSRE algorithm.
All files are in 8-bit (Main Profile) x265/HEVC with 2CH/stereo AAC audio @ 192kbps.
