Plot
CIA Agent Bill Pope is on a mission to track down a shadowy hacker named 'The Dutchman'. When he gets mysteriously
killed, an experimental procedure transfers his memories into a dangerous ex-convict. When he wakes up Pope's
memories, his mission is to eliminate The Dutchman before the hacker launches ICBMs and starts World War III.
Trama
L'agente della CIA Bill Pope ha stretto un accordo con "l'Olandese", un giovane hacker che, in cambio di un bel
bottino e una garanzia di sicurezza, può impedire che il controllo di un arsenale finisca nelle mani sbagliate,
quelle dell'anarchico Heimdahl. Ma l'agente Pope, unico detentore delle informazioni riguardo il luogo in cui si
trovano tanto l'hacker quanto i soldi, viene assassinato e al capo della sezione inglese della CIA, Quaker Wells,
non resta altra scelta che affidarsi al dottor Franks, per un esperimento mai tentato prima: trasferire la memoria
di Pope nel cervello di Jerico Stewart, detenuto nel braccio della morte, incapace di distinguere il bene dal male
e di provare sentimenti.
