OkMap is a program for working with digital maps. First, scan a paper map or download a ready-made one. Then, load it into the app and start working. Vector data can be imported from popular formats without any hassle.
Raster map calibration and display are a key feature, while vector and hybrid data can be viewed in a single window. Multiple maps can be opened and switched between. A 3D mode is available for easily assessing terrain. Objects on the map can be selected and edited, and a toolbar is included.

OkMap is available in Russian, a crack for registering for the full version is available, a key is not required, and the program runs quickly even on older computers.
