Synopsis:
Following the death of their eccentric string-magnate father, deux dysfunctional brothers—Ernie Smuntz (Nathan Lane), a ruined gourmet chef, and Lars Smuntz (Lee Evans), a loyal factory worker—inherit a crumbling, seemingly worthless antique mansion. Their fortunes drastically flip when they discover the house is actually a lost architectural masterpiece worth millions on the historical market. The only catch? The estate is currently occupied by a single, unimaginably intelligent, and fiercely stubborn house mouse.
