Backwards Compatibility

This repack IS EXTREMELY backwards compatible with my previous MToC HV-based repack. You can rehash all files but setup.exe and fg-04.bin to save 31.7 GB of traffic.

Before rehashing rename the "Mafia - The Old Country [FitGirl HV Repack]" folder to "Mafia - The Old Country [FitGirl Repack]".
