This release contains the complete adventures of Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs Seasons 1–2 in a restored 1080p BluRay. Originally adapted for Western audiences from the Japanese anime 星銃士ビスマルク (Seijūshi Bismarck), the series blends space western action, giant robots, and Saturday morning cartoon energy into one of the most memorable animated shows of the 1980s. This release presents the show in 4:3 original framing with dual-language DDP Stereo English and German Dubs. Trivia: Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs was heavily re-edited from the Japanese anime Seijūshi Bismarck for international audiences, changing storylines, music, and even character focus. Saber Rider himself was not the main protagonist in the Japanese version; Fireball originally held the lead role.
