In the year 2159, two classes of people exist: the very wealthy who live on a pristine man-made space station called Elysium, and the rest, who live on an overpopulated, ruined Earth. Plot

Trama
Nell’anno 2159 esistono due classi di persone: le persone molto ricche che vivono in un
ambiente incontaminato ricreato dall’uomo su una stazione spaziale chiamata Elysium e il
resto della popolazione, che vive su una Terra sovrappopolata e in rovina. Il Segretario
Rhodes (Jodie Foster), un rigido funzionario del governo, non si fermerà davanti a nulla
per far rispettare le leggi anti-immigrazione e preservare il lussuoso stile di vita dei
cittadini di Elysium. Ciò non fermerà il popolo della Terra dal tentare di entrare, con
ogni mezzo possibile.
