Video Source: High-Definition Blu-ray Remux source, upscaled to 2160p (4K).
A specific Hybrid Workflow was used: pre-processing with NNEDI3 to fix aliasing, followed by Topaz Gaia for texture enhancement.
Encoded in HEVC 10-bit x265 using a custom high-fidelity profile.
Specific arguments (aq-mode=3, psy-rd=2.0, psy-rdoq=1.0, no-sao) and RF16 were used to preserve the film grain and avoid any "wax" effect.
The original 1.85:1 aspect ratio is preserved in a 16/9 frame.
Audio:
Track 1: DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 (Lossless) for a modern studio-quality experience.
French Dub: The French dub is included in high-quality DTS-HD High Resolution 5.1 (2046 kb/s).
