Le razze Alien e Predator scendono in una cittadina rurale del Colorado, dove i residenti devono unirsi per avere una possibilità di sopravvivenza.


Aliens vs. Predator 2, film diretto da Colin e Greg Strause, continua a seguire gli eventi dopo la morte del Predator Scar. Dal cadavere di quest’ultimo - che si trova su una navicella spaziale contenente degli Alien catturati - nasce uno Xenomorfo Predalien, che inizia ad uccidere i Predator che si trovano sull’astronave. Durante la colluttazione, la nave precipita rovinosamente sulla Terra, precisamente nella foresta di Gunnison in Colorado.
Nel frattempo i cittadini di Gunnison sono ignari di ciò che li aspetta di lì a breve e continuano tranquillamente le loro vite: Dallas Howard (Steven Pasquale) è appena uscito di prigione e si gode la libertà, mentre Kelly O'Brien (Reiko Aylesworth) è finalmente tornata dalla sua famiglia dopo aver servito nell’esercito.
Molti Alien Xenomorfi iniziano a fuoriuscire dalla navicella e infettano la gente di Gunnison, mentre uno degli ultimi Predator riesce a lanciare un segnale d’allarme che raggiunge il cacciatore Wolf (Ian Whyte), il quale si dirige verso la Terra per sterminare i parassiti. Mentre civili e militari terrestri cercano di sopravvivere all’invasione, Gunnison diventa il teatro di un altro violento scontro tra Alien e Predator…
