The subtitles have the following format PGS (Blu-Ray) / .sup that are
merged with the video and audio.

RELEASE NOTES
DGDemux/MKVtoolnix were used due to seamless branching!
Chapter names from DVD, original 2.0 audio (FLAC) from GER Uncut Blu-ray, same for
Isolated Score and additional subtitles. Since the Uncut segments of the UHD disc didn't
have any additonal spoken words, I chopped up the subtitles from regular Blu-ray featuring
only the regular cut and added delay for those Uncut segments, so they fit pretty well
(might still do a Repack, when more UHD discs with additional Uncut retail subs are
available) - all subtitles are tonemapped to match exactly those from UHD disc - 60% white!
